when the front plug falls out of the carb you can replace it with a ground down dime just grind a dime down until it fits and glue it in the flat dime will not affect the running and that plug is not available.
The first few pictures is how to repair and update a solex carb when the fuel line fitting falls out. This is the biggest cause of fires in air cooled vw engines
